1 Box Elbow Macaroni cooked
1/8 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
2 cups milk
3 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup powdered cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in heavy saucepan and then stir in flour. Stir and cook for about 3 min. Slowly pour in 2 cups of milk whisking it until it thickens. Add 2 cups of the shredded cheddar and all the powdered cheddar. Mix thoroughly until melted. Add to the cooked macaroni and then pour into a 9x13 pan. Top with the rest of the shredded cheese. Bake at 350º until the cheese melts and the Mac 'n Cheese is bubbly hot.
