1 pkg. of Oreo Cookies
1 stick butter or margarine
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2-3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. powdered sugar
2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 1/4 c milk
1 lg box Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
Directions:

Crush Oreo's saving out 1/2 cup to sprinkle on top of cake. Melt stick of butter and mix with the rest of the Oreo's. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 cake pan. Mix cream, lemon juice and powdered sugar with 1 container of Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Mix chocolate pudding, milk and 1/2 container of Cool Whip and spread over the 2nd layer. Spread the rest of Cool Whip over the top and take the 1/2 cup of crushed Oreo's and sprinkle on top.
Keep Refrigerated.
