1 lb Leeks
1/2 head Cabbage
3-4 med Potatoes
2 qt Chicken Stock
4 oz Butter
1 c. milk
1 oz. Flour
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut vegetables into small pieces. Mewlt butter. Fry leeks and cabbage onder cover for a few minutes without coloring. Add potatoes and continue heating. Add stock and seasoning. Bring to boil and simmer for 40 minutes. Combine milk and flour. Heat until soup is thickened. Pass throuh blender (leave solution a little lumpy).
