1 cup plus 2 Tbsp ricotta cheese (fat-free works well)
2/3 cup cool whip, thawed (fat-free works well)
2 1/2 Tbsp splenda or sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla or chocolate instant pudding mix
1 Tbsp powdered sugar
2 Tbsp mini semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
6 sugar cones

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients except chocolate chips & sugar cones in a medium bowl. Using a hand mixer, set to high speed, mix until fully combined and fluffy. Fold in half of the chocolate chips.

Transfer mixture to a large plastic bag, squeezing down toward one bottom corner. Snip the corner with scissors to make a piping bag. Gently squeeze the mixture in the cones, evenly distributing among all four. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips evenly on top of each cone.
