1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 teaspoons oil
1 (10-oz) pkg. marshmallows
Garnish: Candy sprinkles
Directions:
Directions:
Combine chocolate chips and oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on medium setting for one to 1-1/2 minutes until chocolate is softened; stir until smooth. With a candy dipping tool or toothpick, dip marshmallows into chocolate to cover completely. Sprinkle with garnish; set on wax paper until firm.
