2 c. Milk
½ c. Shortening
½ c. Sugar
1 c. Warm Water
2 T. Dry Yeast
2 t. Sugar
2½ t Salt
3 Eggs (Beaten)
7-9 c Flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat milk, shortening, and sugar until very warm. Cool.
2. Combine warm water, yeast, and sugar and allow to dissolve in mixer bowl. Add milk mixture, 1 cup of flour, salt, and eggs. Beat until smooth. Mix in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough. Knead for 5 minutes.
3. Shape the dough into a ball. Place in greased, cover, and allow to rise until doubled. (About 1 hour)
4. Punch down and allow to rise until doubled again. (About 40 minutes)
5. Roll dough out to ½ inch. Cut into circles and place on greased cookie sheets. Cover and allow to rise until doubles. (About 40 minutes.)
6. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Brush with melted butter.
