2 T. Dry Yeast
1¾ c Warm Water
1 T. Vegetable Oil
2 t. Salt
5 c. All-Purpose Flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine warm water and yeast in large mixing bowl. Allow to dissolve.
2. Stir in oil, salt, and 3 cups of flour. Knead in enough additional flour to create a soft dough. Knead for an additional 6-8 minutes.
3. Place in greased bowl, turn, cover, and allow to rise until doubled. (About 45 minutes)
4. Punch dough down and divide in half. Roll into long loaves and place on greased cookie sheet. Cover and allow to rise until doubled. (About 30 minutes)
5. Brush with 1 egg white mixed with 1 Tbsp. water. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
