6 Chicken breasts;
8 oz. jar of Apricot preserves;
8 oz. Catalina or French salad dressing;
1 packet of Onion soup mix;
Cooked Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken breasts in a baking pan. In a bowl, mix all other ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake at 350º for around 45 minutes or until chicken juices are clear when cut into . Serve over cooked rice.

If using boneless, skinless breasts, cooking time will be closer to 45 minutes. If using breasts with the bone in, cooking time will be a little longer; perhaps an hour.
