2 lbs ground beef
1 large can diced tomatoes
2 small or 1 large container mushrooms
1 green pepper
1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
1 large can tomato sauce
1 large onion
2 cloves fresh garlic
1 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and drain excess grease. Wash mushrooms well. Dice onions & green pepper. Chop garlic very fine (you can use already chopped garlic). Mix in all ingredients and simmer over medium low heat (making sure it does not stick to bottom of pan) until mushrooms & green peppers are done.
