1 lb ground beef
2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
½ cup Seasoned Dry Bread Crumbs
1 tbsp flour
½ cup milk
1 tbsp sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tbsp oil
1 large can diced tomatoes
1/3 cup Heinz 57 Sauce
Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine tomatoes, Heinz 57 sauce, sugar and salt. Set aside.

Combine beef, cheese, bread crumbs, milk and eggs. Shape into meatballs. Brown all around well in oil. Drain excess fat. Sprinkle meatballs with flour and stir gently to cover until flour disappears. Pour tomato mixture over the meatballs. Simmer uncovered for 25 minutes or until desired consistency. Stir occasionally.

Serve with egg noodles.
