3 ½ cup flour
3 cups sugar
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp allspice
½ tsp baking powder
½ cup walnuts (I like to use pecans)
2 tsp baking soda
1 ½ tsp salt
1 cup oil
4 eggs
2 cups pumpkin (I use fresh pumpkin, but you can use can pumpkin)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift together all dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended. Pour into 2 well greased loaf pans.

Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until center springs back. Serve warm with butter.

Note: Bake both and freeze one for later. Also, you can use muffin pans or smaller loaf pans. The smaller loaf pans makes 3 loaves.
