2 boxes of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
4 eggs
1 16 oz Sour Cream
1 can Cream Corn
2/3 cup oil

Directions:
Mix all together. Bake in a greased baking dish at 350 until knife comes out clean. Approximately 35 minutes. (do not overcook as it will become too dry)
