1 medium sweet onion, sliced
1 small cabbage, shredded
2 tomatoes, wedged
1 cucumber sliced
1 small yellow pepper, thin strips
1 4 oz.ripe olives, drained
3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 ground cumin
salt & pepper

Directions:

Layer onion and next 6 ingredients in large bowl. Set aside. Combine 3/4 cup olive oil and remaining ingredients in jar. Cover and shake vigorously. Pour over salad.
