Plain Matzo not egg matzo
Kosher frying oil or butter
4 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
Favorite fruit Preserves
Large Frying Pan
Spatula
Egg Beater
Large Mixing Bowl

Directions:
Directions:
Crack open 4 eggs and beat thoroughly. Holding 4 Matzos together put them under the cold water tap turning from side to side and front to back . Drain the dripping water over the stove burners on a low flame for a few seconds until the Matzos stop dripping. Break into small pieces and combine eith eggs until mixed well . Heat the oil or butter in a large frying pan and pour the eggs and mMatzos into it frying until lightly brown on both sides.

serve with a little sugar sprinkled on top or with you favorite Fruit Preserves.
