1 medium to large spaghetti squash
olive oil
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 c. water
1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a lrg. bowl mix the meat,onion.pepper,poultry seasoning and rice together. Form into a meatball about 1 in. in diamater.
Preheat the skillett over medium heat. Brown the meatballs. Add chicken broth to prevent them from sticking.
Meanwhile, Preheat the oven to 400º. Cut the spaghetti squash in half.Remove the seeds with a spoon and discard. Drizzle with olive oil place onto a baking sheet face down and cook for 45 mins.
Drain meatballs if needed from fat and cover with water for about 20 mins slowly cooking until water is dissolved. Add sauce, cover and bring to a boilon med heat. Turn to low and simmer for 25 mins. stirring occasionally.
Take squash out of oven and separate the squash from the skin. Place pulp in a bowltop with the meatballs and sauce. Serve and enjoy
