1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 cup unsalted peanuts
2 tspn butter
1/4 tspn salt
3/4 tspn baking soda
1/2 tspn vanilla
Non stick vegetable oil spray
Quart size pyrex measuring cup

Directions:
Directions:
Spray back of cookie sheet and icing spatula with Non Stick Vegetable Oil . Combine sugars and corn syrup in Pyrex measuring cup and cook in microwave 100 % power for 4 minutes . Stir in peanuts , butter and salt and microwave 5 1/2 -6 minutes. Candy thermometer should read 300º- hard cracked stage . Quickly stir in baking soda aqnd vanilla . Pour Mix onto prepared baking sheet and coll . Break into pieces qand store in cool place .
