1 ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded
½ cup zucchini, finely chopped
¼ cup blue cheese, crumbled
3 tablespoons dry sherry
¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons chopped chives (fresh or dried)

Directions:

Blend all ingredients together with electric mixer. Place in serving bowl. Serve with cut up raw vegetables as spread or dip.
