4 hard boiled eggs
2 c. cold milk
4 tbs. gold medal wondra
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
First cook the eggs and then seperate the egg white from the egg yolk. Put the egg yolks in a separate bowl and set aside.Now lets make the white gravy. Mix the milk salt and pepper and wondra in a pan. bring to a boil. Add the egg whites that have been roughly chopped. let boil for 3-5 min. Turn off the burner and let thicken. Sift the egg yolks into another bowl. Make some toast and pour the white gravy mixture over it then sprinkle the yolk over top and eat.

This was my favorite meal growing up. My grandma Bea would make this for me whenever i was over at her house. She used to let me put the egg yolk through the sifter to help her . It was so fun. So i hope you enjoy this recipe as much as i do. I miss you Grama :)
