Ingredients:  
1 1/2 C. cubed pheasant, 1 med. onion chopped, 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 T. veggie oil, 1 can great norther beans, 1 can chicken broth, 1 4oz. can chopped green chilis, 1 12oz. mexicorn, 1 tsp. cumin, 1 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 C. whipping cream, 1 C. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown pheasant, onion & garlic powder in veggie oil.
2. Add remaining ingredients EXCEPT sour cream & whippping cream.
3. Bring to boil & then reduce heat & simmer 30 minutes.
4. Remove from head, add sour cream & whipping cream.
Serve immediately.
