4 oz unsweetend chocolate
1/2 cup crisco shortening
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tspn vanilla
4 eggs
2 tspn baking powder
2 tspn salt
16 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour , baking powder and salt and set aside. Melt chocolate chips, unsweetened chocolate and shortening on low then stir in 2 cups sugar until dissolved . Cool for five minutes. Mix vanilla and eggs into chocolate mix and stir until blended. Stir chocolate mix into flour until dough is thoroughly mixed. Refrigerate over-nite .

Preheat oven to 375º. grease cookie sheets. Break off chilled cookie dough and form into 1 inch balls and roll in powdered sugar . Place balls 2 inches apart on cookie sheets and bake 10 minutes. Cookies will be soft but will firm up as they cool
