Frosted Chicken Wings Recipe

4 lbs. chicken wings thawed
2 c. buttermilk
3 c. crushed frosted flakes cereal
1/2 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. hot pepper sauce
1 stick of butter
oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Soak wings in buttermilk for at least 1 hour. Remove chicken wings from buttermilk and coat each one with the frosted flakes. Mix the flour and cornstarch together then dredge the frosted wings in the flour mixture. Fry a few wings at a time until golden and crispy (about 7 minutes). Then melt butter and hot sauce stir until blended. Lightly coat the cooked wings in the butter sauce and then put on a lined baking sheet and cook at 400º for just about 5 minutes. then serve.

I have also done this with pretzels instead of frosted flakes. Then i drizzle a little honey on them and it is super yummy!! Or you can even mix the cereal and pretzels or use any other part of the chicken you prefer!!
