1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup onions (chopped)
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg (beaten)
corn bread mix
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º
Cook onions in butter
Add corn bread mix, milk, sour cream salt, egg, cheese
Mix well
Spoon into greased muffin pan
Bake for 20 minutes
