2 Pkg. Yeast
1 1/2 C. Warm Water or Milk
1 C. Milk
1/3 C. Sugar
1/3 C. Canola Oil
1 Egg
3 tsp. Baking Powder
2 tsp. Salt
6-7 C. Flour

Topping
1 C. Brown Sugar
1 C. Vanilla Ice Cream
1/2 C. Butter

Alternate Topping
1 C. Brown Sugar
1/2 C. Butter
1/4 C. Dark Corn Syrup
Heat till dissolved, put in bottom of baking dish

Dissolve yeast in water, add all ingredients (only 3 cups of the flour). Mix till smooth. Add enough flour to form soft dough, place in greased bowl, cover and let rise 60-75 minutes. Roll out in 2 sections, rub with butter, sugar and cinnamon. Re-roll, cut and placed in greased baking dish. Let rise again.

Prepare topping, pour over rolls
*Can be refrigerated 24 hours in advance of baking. Let sit at room temp 30 minutes prior to baking

Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes

Though you can make the dough and refrigerate it for 24 hours prior to baking, I do not recommend it. I found it never rose very well.
To make Cinnamon rolls, omit the caramel topping and replace with cream cheese frosting when rolls are near cool.
