1/2 cup shortening
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup strong coffee
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder


Real Butter Icing:
2 cups icing sugar
1/4 cup butter
2 tsp. vanilla
Water, as needed
Chocolate Drizzle:
1 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.

Cream together shortening, butter and sugar. Combine coffee and cocoa. Add to creamed mixture. Beat well. Sift together dry ingredients. Beat into wet.

Bake 35 - 40 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool completely. Frost.

Real Butter Icing:
Cream together icing sugar, butter and vanilla. Add a little water at a time till you get the right consistency. Frost cooled cake.

Chocolate Drizzle:
Heat chocolate chips and butter in sauce pan over low heat. Stir constantly. Drizzle over frosted cake.
