6 slices bacon
1/2 lb ground beef
1 med onion - chopped
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp mustard
2 tsp vinegar
1 large can pork and beans
1 cup kidney beans
1 cup lima beans
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Fry bacon and crumble. Cook beef in bacon drippings and add onion. Saute' until tender.
Combine beef and onion mixture with ketchup, salt, brown sugar, mustard and vinegar in a 3 quart baking dish. Partially drain all beans (except pork and beans) and add to the baking dish along with pork and beans, stirring gently to mix well. Can also be made in a crock pot.
