3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. oil
2 c. water
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
Topping:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (6oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Sift all dry ingredients together. Add all liquids in bowl and beat together; gradually add dry ingredients and mix well. Fill cupcake pans 2/3 full. Top with spoonful of filling. Bake at 350º for about 25 minutes.
