Ingredients:  
12 manicotti shells, cooked in water w/ pinch of salt.
1 pt. ricotta cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 T parsley
4 c. meat sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ricotta, egg, parmesan & parsley.
Stuff into shells.
Place 1 c. sauce on bottom of 9 x 13.
Put shells in pan & remaining sauce on top.
Sprinkle with parmesan.
Cover & bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until golden on top.
