1 orange
1 (12 ounce) package cranberries
1 apple, peeled, cored and chopped
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Peel orange. Over a saucepan slice orange into segments with a knife in between membranes. Allow juice to collect in pan. Place orange segments, cranberries, apple in saucepan. Add enough water to cover bottom of pan about 1/4 inch.

Heat over medium heat. Cover and simmer until berries start to break down. Stir occasionally. Add sugar, salt and nutmeg. Cook to dissolve sugar. Remove from heat. Chill before serving.
