3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
3 cups grated zucchini
3 cups flour
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup coconut

Directions:

Mix eggs, oil and sugar together. Add remaining ingredients and mix together,
Divide batter between 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 325º for one hour.
