White bread dough (see bread section) the amount you would use for 1 loaf.

Melted butter
Brown sugar
Cinnamon
Chopped nuts (optional)
Raisins (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Again, there are no amounts listed for this recipe. Just use whatever feels right.
Roll out the Dough into a rectangular shape. Spread on the melted butter. Sprinkle on the brown sugar and the nuts and raisins if using. Roll up tightly and then slice into rounds and place in a buttered baking dish to rise.
When rolls have risen Bake at 350º until done.

If you want sticky rolls you can pour some heavy cream with sugar and cinnamon over the top before baking.

For frosted cinnamon rolls. Glaze with a powdered sugar glaze after baking.
