Mexican Cornbread Recipe

2 to 3 lb. ground beef
chopped onions, bell peppers, and green peppers (to your taste)
1 pkg. taco seasoning or chili seasoning
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 package shredded Cheddar cheese
2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with taco seasoning, onions and peppers; drain. Then add 1 can of whole corn.
Let simmer for about 15 minutes. While simmering, preheat oven according to "Jiffy" instructions.

Grease casserole dish. Pour meat mixture into bottom of dish, then top with cornbread mix.

Cornbread Mix: Mix cornbread as directed and add the can of cream corn and 1 cup cheese to cornbread mix.

Sprinkle cheese on top of corn bread.

Bake in a preheated oven approximately 25 minutes or until golden brown.
