1 1/2 c. Flour
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. Sugar
1/4 c. Oil
2 eggs
3/4 c. Milk
Apples
Sugar
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, oil, eggs and milk. Put in 9x9 pan. Slice apples (as many as you like) and stick in the top.
Mix 2 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp cinnamon and sprinkle over top.
Bake at 375º for 25-30 min.
Serve warm with ice cream or cool whip.
