1 lb roast beef sliced very thin
1 package of au jus mix
1 package of onion gravy mix
3 cups water
Hoagie rolls or sub rolls
Mozzarella cheese, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 3 cups of water. Add onion gravy mix and au jus mix. Cook until mixed well. Add roast beef. Cook for about 15 minutes on medium. Toast hoagie rolls in oven at about 350 until light brown. Remove from oven. For each sandwich place a few slices of roast beef and mozzarella cheese slices in bun. Put some of the broth in a cup for dipping. You can also add sautéed onions to the sandwich if you like.
