1/2 c. olive oil
3 or 4 garlic cloves
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt .
1 tbsp oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Stir all together and use as a marinade for chicken, putting in more olive oil as needed.Balance spices to taste.Fry chicken in butter.

SAUCE: When chicken is done remove from pan. Add a cup of chicken broth. Thicken w/ 2 or 2 Tbsp. flour. Add a dopple of white wine. ("I said a dopple, not bottle"- Karl)
