Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Assemble crepes: place sliced turkey on bottom of crepe, along middle, then top with enough dressing to cover; now place several spoonfuls of Cranberry-Orange Chutney on top of dressing. Roll up and place seam-side down in baking dish which has been coated with softened butter and a smearing of gravy. Drizzle more gravy along the top, then dot with a little more softened butter. Bake at 350º for about 20 - 30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
