3 potatoes
1 1/2 lb veal
16 oz can tomato sauce
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp thyme
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp tobasco sauce
1 tbsp butter
1/2 onion chopped
2 cloves of garlic minced
grated cheese
1 egg yolk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Heat butter in a pan
Cook the onion, garlic and veal in the butter
Add tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, pepper and tobasco sauce
Place mixture into a dish
Cook potatoes
Mash with egg yolk
Spoon the potatoes over the veal mixture
Sprinkle grated cheese on top
Bake until heated through and cheese is melted
