CRUST:
1 cup uncooked oatmeal
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup margarine melted
CHOCOLATE LAYER:
1/2 cup semi sweet cho chips - melted
FILLING:
8 oz. cream cheese
2/3 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
8 oz cool whip
TOPPING:
1/2 cup cho. chips
1 T. butter
3 T. milk
1 1/2 tsp. corn syrup

CRUST: Mix ingredients together, pat into pie pan and BAKE 350º for 10 minutes.
CHOCOLATE LAYER: Melt cho. chips and pour into cool crust and spread over bottom and sides of crust / refrigerate to set.
FILLING: Mix cream cheese and confectioners sugar together. Gradually add all of the milk, blend till smooth.
Add peanut butter and cool whip blend together thoroughly.
Pour into baked shell and chill.
TOPPING: Mix ingredients together in bowl, microwave just until melted, and spoon over filling slowly to cover. Refrigerate at least 2 hours to set topping. garnish with whipped topping and peanuts.
May be frozen. Remove 30 minutes prior to serving.
