1 1/2 cups sugar
6 tsp. cornstarch
3/8 tsp. nutmeg
3/8 tsp. ginger
3/8 tsp. mace
3/8 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1-1lb.13 oz can pumpkin
3/4 cup evaporated milk
2 pt. cream
1 1/2 T. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 unbaked pastry shells

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the sugar, cornstarch, spices, salt & eggs.
Add the pumpkin and mix well.
Heat the milk, cream and butter until all is melted.
Add to the pumpkin mixture with vanilla.
Pour evenly into the 3 pastry shells.
Bake in 350º oven 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife comes out clean when inserted midway between center and rim.

Serve with a drop of whip cream on each slice.
Very mild pumpkin flavor.
