1/2 lb cheese
2 tbs butter
2 eggs
1/8 tea spoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup rich milk
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

in double boiler melt cheese and butter in seperate bowl mix rest and add to cheese when melted serve hot over saltines
