1 cut up chicken
2 cups buttermilk
1 tsp. thyme or poultry seasoning
2 cups crushed cornflakes
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate chicken in buttermilk and thyme overnight. Remove chicken pieces. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roll chicken pieces in a mixture of crumbs and cheese. Place in a greased 9x13 pan. Pat on any remaining crumbs. Bake at 375º for 1 hour.
