1 6 oz. can of tuna
1 large stalk of celery, chopped
1/4 c. chopped walnuts, toasted if desired (really is better with them toasted lightly in the oven)
Pinch of cinnamon
3 tbsp. mayo or Miracle Whip
salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients and serve on hearty bread or on top of romaine leaves for a quick and pretty salad.

This recipe is credited to Laura Dolson and I got it from About.com. I absolutely think this is the best tuna recipe ever, the cinnamon is a surprise that really adds something wonderful.
