1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 cups water or milk
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
1 1/2 cups instant rice
1 1/2 cups diced cooked ham
1 cup cooked green beans
grated cheese and paprika (optional)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375º.

In large saucepan, combine soup, water, onion, salt and pepper; mix well. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Pour about half of soup mixture into a greased 1½-quart casserole.

Add rice to casserole. Combine ham and green beans, pour into casserole; top with remaining soup mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese and paprika, if desired. Cover and bake about 30 minutes. Serves 4.
