1/2 sausage (mild, hot or mixed)
1 lb frozen hash browns
1 lg onion, chopped
2 c water
1 c cream of celery soup
1 c cream of chicken soup
2 c milk
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, drain and crumble. Put back in pot, add potatoes and next 3 ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer 30-40 min. Stir in soups and milk. Simmer 30-45 min.
Makes 2 1/2 quarts.
