5 lbs. frozen chicken wings (not thawed)
½ tsp. onion
⅛ tsp. garlic
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 c. butter
2 c. hot sauce (Frank's Red Hot Original is suggested)
¼ tsp. salt
½ tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Bake chicken at 375º for 30 minutes. While chicken is baking, bring remaining ingredients to boil in small sauce pan (spice amounts vary, season to taste). Drain fat off of chicken. Bake for 10 minutes. Baste chicken with sauce. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Toss wings in remaining sauce and serve.
