½ c. white sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. fresh strawberries, halved
2 c. raspberries
1 ½ c. fresh blueberries
2 (9 inch) unbaked pie crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º F. In a large mixing bowl, stir together sugar and cornstarch. Add strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries; gently toss until berries are coated. Line a 9-inch pie plate with half of the pastry. Stir berry mixture, and transfer to the crust lined pie plate. Top with second crust, and seal and crimp the edge. To prevent over-browning, cover the edge of the pie with foil.

Bake at 375º F for 25 minutes; remove foil. Bake for an additional 20-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.

If desired, use 4 ½ c. frozen mixed berries in place of fresh fruit. Thaw fruit overnight and drain off excess liquid for best results.
