3 c Bisquick
3 eggs
1 cube butter
2 1/2 c milk
1 brick cheddar cheese
1 brick jack cheese
opt: 1 sm can Ortega chilies or 1/2 pkg frozen spinach

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and put in mixing bowl. Add eggs, Bisquick and milk; blend together. Then add grated cheese. Mix together. Add an optional ingredient, if desired. Pour into Pyrex pan or 9 x 13 inch pan and bake until golden brown on top. Bake at 325º for 45 - 60 minutes. Cool, then cut.
