1 1/2 tbsps salt
2 tsps granulated sugar
1 tsp cayenne pepper (ground)
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp citric acid (Morton limon salt)
1 tsp tabasco sauce

Directions:

1) Combine all ingredients except Tabasco sauce in small bowl. 2) Add Tabasco sauce stir well then spread mixture onto plate and let dry overnight. 3) Then use a mortar and pestle or spice grinder to grind down spice to fine blend.
