1 (6 ounce) can boneless skinless salmon
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 eggs, beaten
3 white bread slices, cut into cubes
2 teaspoons chopped parsley
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 (16 ounce) package firm tofu, cut into cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

In large bowl, combine salmon, onion, eggs, bread cubes and parsley; mix well. Stir in soup, milk and soy sauce. Add tofu and mix gently. Pour into 13x9-inch baking dish. Bake for 1 hour.
