2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 C sugar
½ C oil
1 C pumpkin
2 ¼ C flour
1 heaping tsp cinnamon
¼ heaping tsp nutmeg
½ heaping tsp ginger
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 C chopped fresh or frozen cranberries
½ C chopped walnuts
Preheat oven 375 degrees

In bowl, beat eggs, sugar, pumpkin & oil.
Stir in dry ingredients until just moistened.
Fold in cranberries & nuts.
Pour into cupcake liners (in cupcake pans)
Bake 20 – 25 min.
