1 1/2 c sugar
6 eggs
3 sticks butter
1 1/2 tbsp black walnut flavoring
1 1/2 Tbsp vanilla flavoring
1 c milk
2 c self rising flour
1/2 lb candied mixed fruit
1/4 lb candied red cherries
1/4 lb candied green cherries
1/4 lb candied pineapple
1/2 jar mincemeat
1/2 pint fig preserves
3 c chopped pecans
3 c chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and eggs together. Melt butter and mix in, then add flavorings and milk.Mix fruits and nuts together and then add the flour and mix. Add fruit mixture to wet mixture and mix well.
Cut wax paper to fit a 10 inch tube pan and loaf pan bottom. Grease the wax paper well. Fill pans to 1 inch from top and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350º for 2 to 3 hours Remove foil after 2 hours. Continue to cook and check for doneness with a straw. Loaf pan will be done before tube pan.
If you like you may add 1/2 box raisins and 7 oz coconut.
